OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES. EACH VALID ENTRY HAS EQUAL WEIGHT REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT’S AGREEMENT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ALL CURRENCY AMOUNTS ARE IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURE
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES. EACH VALID ENTRY HAS EQUAL WEIGHT REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON. One prize is offered: a seven-day, six-night all-inclusive Cancun/Playa Mujeres trip for the winner and one adult companion, including round-trip airfare and destination-airport transfers. The intended resort is Beloved Playa Mujeres, subject to the comparable-alternative provision. Estimated approximate retail value: $8,000. The winner may choose travel in 2027 or 2028. For 2027 travel, the Sponsor will coordinate and arrange the included trip. For 2028 travel, the Sponsor will provide the same included prize components through arrangements made as provider booking becomes available, with reasonable assistance rather than guaranteed full-service reservation coordination.
All travel must be completed by December 31, 2028. The winner is responsible for taxes on receipt of the prize and the excluded expenses in Section VI. Odds depend on the final number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has equal weight regardless of entry method. The online entry method provides access to the same maximum of 1,000 entries available to a purchaser, subject to the aggregate limit. The 1,500-person figure triggers early closure of both entry methods; it is not a guaranteed final participant count or a guaranteed 1-in-1,500 chance of winning. Purchase and online entry run October 28–December 31, 2026, unless both close earlier under Section III. Online entry submissions must be received by December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time, or by the announced earlier cutoff. No grace period applies. Online entry form: https://swpp.me/a/honeymoon. No mailing or postage is required. No minimum sales or participant total is required for the prize to be awarded when eligible entries exist. First-500 purchaser offer: beginning at the First-500 Offer Start Time defined in Section III.F, the first 500 distinct qualifying purchasers receive 750 entries instead of 350 for the Venue Starter Bundle, 750 instead of 500 for the Full Bundle, and 250 instead of 125 for the Venue Decision Kit on eligible purchases made while that offer remains active. Other listings retain their ordinary awards. The holiday offer takes precedence, and the promotions never stack.
A possible separately announced final promotional period may be activated after the Sponsor verifies at least 1,300 eligible participants; it is not guaranteed. See Sections III.F and III.G. Thanksgiving and Black Friday bonus: if the Sweepstakes remains open, only the Venue Starter Bundle, Full Bundle, and Venue Booked Planning Bundle earn double their standard entry awards for qualifying purchases completed November 26, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through November 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Other listings, including Wedding Studio Essentials, retain their standard awards. Valid free online submissions received during that same period receive 40 entries instead of the ordinary 20, subject to the 1,000-entry aggregate limit and Section III.E.
The maximum can also be obtained without purchase outside the bonus period. Sponsor name and contact: The Wedding Match Co; hello@theweddingmatchco.com. Eligibility, the complete entry procedures and all prize restrictions appear below.
I. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The “6 Night/7 Day All Inclusive Romantic Cancun Honeymoon” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins October 28, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time. Both purchase entry and the online entry method close December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time, or earlier when 1,500 unique eligible participants have been recorded and the Sponsor announces an early cutoff as described in Section III (the “Entry Cutoff”). The purchase-entry deadline (the “Purchase Entry Cutoff”) is the same Entry Cutoff. The “Promotion Period” runs from the start through the Entry Cutoff. Online submissions must be received by that cutoff; there is no grace period. Mountain Time means the time observed in Denver, Colorado (America/Denver), including daylight saving time where applicable.
The October 28 opening is in Mountain Daylight Time (MDT); the November holiday and December closing dates are in Mountain Standard Time (MST). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Wedding Match Co (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor’s designated records are the official records for entry timing, subject to the online entry requirements and early-closure procedure in Section III. The First-500 Offer Start Time applies only to the new promotional awards in Sections III.F–III.H; the original Sweepstakes start date and valid entries already received remain unchanged.
II. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the contiguous United States, excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia, who are at least 21 years old as of October 14, 2026. This means 45 eligible states; the District of Columbia is not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, all other U.S. territories, possessions and protectorates, foreign-based U.S. military installations, and wherever prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and persons involved in developing, producing, implementing, or administering this Sweepstakes for the Sponsor, Administrator, their affiliates, suppliers, prize providers, and promotional service providers, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible.
Immediate family includes spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, children, siblings, and their spouses. Persons living in the same household includes persons sharing the same residence at least three months per year, whether related or not. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Winning is contingent upon satisfying these Official Rules and verification of eligibility. Sponsor and Administrator decisions are binding in matters of administration, subject to applicable law and nonwaivable rights.
III. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible persons may enter by either a qualifying digital-product purchase or the online entry form below. Promotional email enrollment is not required to enter or win. There is no physical postal entry method.
A. Product purchases through the Sponsor’s website
During the purchase-entry period, eligible persons may complete a qualifying digital-product purchase through the Sponsor’s Shopify storefront at https://www.theweddingmatchco.com, including authorized Wedding Studio links that lead to the Sponsor’s Shopify checkout. Entries are awarded by purchased listing as follows, not by dollars spent. The applicable column depends on the timing and eligibility rules in Sections III.E–III.G. A promotional amount replaces, rather than adds to, the standard award. A qualifying purchase is completed when the Sponsor’s Shopify order record first records successful payment in full for that purchase. Creating an order, beginning checkout, making a partial payment, authorizing a payment that remains pending, or leaving a payment incomplete does not establish a qualifying purchase.
A pending purchase qualifies only if successful payment in full is recorded before the applicable cutoff, and its award is based on that completion time:
| Qualifying purchased listing | Standard entries | First-500 offer (III.F) | Holiday offer (III.E) | Optional final offer (III.G) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Venue Starter Bundle ($119; formerly Venue Search Starter Bundle) | 350 | 750 | 700 | 500 |
| Full Bundle ($199; formerly Venue Search + Wedding Planning Bundle) | 500 | 750 | 1,000 | 750 |
| Wedding Blueprint (standalone) | 350 | 350 | 350 | 350 |
| Venue Booked Planning Bundle (previously offered listing) | 500 | 500 | 1,000 | 500 |
| Venue Decision Kit (standalone) | 125 | 250 | 125 | 125 |
| Budget Playground (standalone) | 150 | 150 | 150 | 150 |
| AI Prompt Pack (standalone; formerly Wedding AI Prompt Pack) | 100 | 100 | 100 | 100 |
| Wedding Details (standalone; formerly The Wedding Details You’ll Wish You Knew Sooner) | 100 | 100 | 100 | 100 |
| Wedding Studio Essentials ($75) | 225 | 225 | 225 | 225 |
Wedding Studio Essentials: Wedding Studio Essentials earns 225 entries per qualifying purchase, subject to the Entry Cutoff and aggregate cap. This award does not stack with component-product awards and is not increased by the first-500, holiday, or optional final offers.
Award precedence: Holiday (if in effect) overrides the first-500 and optional final offers; otherwise, an announced final offer overrides the first-500 offer if both would apply; otherwise, the first-500 offer applies while available; otherwise, standard entries apply. The amounts in this table are complete awards, not additions or multipliers. The maximum remains 1,000 entries per person across all methods. These are total entries for each purchased listing. Each distinct listing earns one applicable award per fully paid qualifying order, regardless of the quantity of that same listing in that order. A separate qualifying repeat order may earn another applicable award, subject to the aggregate limit. A bundle does not earn the sum of separate component entries in addition to its listed total.
Qualifying multiple purchases are combined only up to the aggregate 1,000-entry maximum per eligible person. Discounts do not change the applicable entry award. The Thanksgiving and Black Friday double-entry period in Section III.E is the only multiplier. The first-500 and optional final offers in Sections III.F–III.G are fixed replacement awards, not multipliers. Promotional awards do not stack. The applicable award is determined by the successful-payment timestamp and the published priority rules. No previously credited valid award is reduced merely because a later promotion begins. Other purchases do not award entries unless these rules and the promotion disclosures are properly updated before the applicable offer begins. Provide your full name, residential address, and email address so entries can be attributed to the correct participant.
Entries will be credited according to the listing-specific schedule above, subject to the combined limit of 1,000 entries per eligible person across all purchases and online entry submissions. The Sponsor will retain records of the entry schedule and qualifying orders. No product purchase is necessary to obtain the maximum 1,000 entries, which are available through the online entry method below. The applicable standard or holiday entry amount is the total award for that purchased listing. A holiday bundle amount is already doubled; do not apply another multiplier to it. Components of a bundle do not earn separate additional entries for the same purchase. Purchases of multiple products or repeated purchases may earn their displayed entry amounts only up to the combined 1,000-entry limit.
Each eligible person is one participant, regardless of the number of orders or purchases. No entries are awarded for purchases completed after the Purchase Entry Cutoff. You may receive fewer additional entries than the displayed award if you already have entries: only the amount remaining below your combined 1,000-entry maximum can be credited. For example, a person with 350 valid entries who makes a qualifying holiday Venue Starter Bundle purchase receives 650 additional entries, not 700, for a total of 1,000. A cancelled qualifying listing purchase, a fully refunded qualifying listing, or a chargeback affecting a qualifying listing does not qualify for purchase entries; the award attributable to that listing will be removed. A refund of taxes or fees, a bona fide price adjustment, or a partial product refund does not invalidate the fixed listing award if at least one valid paid unit or licensed access to that listing remains and the net payment for that listing is greater than zero.
If no such valid paid unit or licensed access remains, or the net listing payment is zero, the listing award will be removed. Entries are never prorated by dollars refunded. Where the allocation of a refund or continued validity of paid access is unclear, the Sponsor will retain the original record pending review, document the relevant facts and reason for the classification under these criteria and the published refund policy, and reconcile the review before the drawing. Independently valid online entries remain valid. Any removal will be attributed to the affected purchase rather than to unrelated valid entries. The Sponsor will retain an audit record of each timely event’s original timestamp and applicable full award, including awards limited by the cap.
The Sponsor will then recalculate the participant’s total from all remaining timely, valid awards at their original applicable amounts, up to 1,000, including awards previously limited by the cap. Removing purchase entries does not extend any entry deadline or permit new entries after the Entry Cutoff.
B. Online entry — no purchase necessary
Visit https://swpp.me/a/honeymoon during the applicable online entry period and complete Sweeppea’s online AMOE form. Follow the form’s instructions and upload a clear, legible photograph showing your personally handwritten: Full legal name; Complete residential mailing address, including city, state and ZIP code; and Unique four-digit code displayed on the form for that submission. Write this information on a blank white sheet of paper measuring 8.5 inches by 11 inches. Complete the required form fields accurately. Each submission must use a separate original sheet of paper and the code supplied for that submission. Upload the photograph through the form; do not mail the paper. No postage, purchase receipt, product ownership or marketing subscription is required. Each valid online entry submission receives 20 entries, or 40 entries if received during the Holiday Period defined in Section III.E.
An entrant may submit up to 50 valid submissions during the entire Promotion Period, subject to the combined maximum of 1,000 entries across all methods. Outside the Holiday Period, 50 valid submissions provide the full 1,000-entry maximum. During that period, 25 valid submissions provide the same maximum. This is a per-submission award, not an automatic daily award. The 50-submission limit is one combined limit for the entire promotion, not a new allowance during the Holiday Period. There is no additional daily submission limit under these rules. A participant who already has purchase entries may also use the online entry method, but the combined total cannot exceed 1,000. For example, a participant with 350 purchase entries who submits 33 valid online submissions outside the Holiday Period would earn 660 online entries before the cap; only 650 would be credited, bringing the aggregate total to 1,000.
Entries above the cap are not credited. Excess entries are capped; a purchase is not required to obtain the maximum entry total. Submissions must be received through the online form by December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time, unless both entry methods close earlier under Section III.C. If early closure occurs, submissions must be received by the announced Entry Cutoff. There is no grace period. Sponsor’s platform records are the official receipt records. A screenshot, saved photograph or unfinished form is not proof of successful submission. Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or automated submissions are invalid. Entrants may not reuse the same submission to evade the limits. Submissions do not carry over to another promotion and are not returned.
C. Combined entry limit and early closure
Limit 1,000 total entries per eligible person across all methods combined. Every eligible entry has equal weight in the drawing, regardless of whether obtained through a purchase or the online entry method. Entrants can obtain the same 1,000-entry maximum without purchasing anything. The available balance is 1,000 minus the participant’s currently valid credited total, never less than zero. Standard awards, first-500 awards, holiday awards, any announced final-period awards, repeat purchases, bundle purchases and free submissions share this one maximum throughout the entire Sweepstakes; no purchase, new order, submission or holiday resets it. The final credited total is the lesser of 1,000 and the sum of the participant’s timely, valid awards after permitted adjustments.
The figure of 1,500 unique eligible participants is an early-closure trigger, not a strict final participant cap. Each eligible person counts once toward the trigger, regardless of purchases, online entry submissions, email addresses or devices. Qualifying purchase participants and recorded qualifying online entry participants count toward the same trigger. Different eligible persons sharing a residential address are not automatically treated as one participant. When the recorded count reaches 1,500 unique eligible participants, the Sponsor will promptly close both entry methods and announce the Entry Cutoff on its official Instagram and Facebook accounts and on the promotion and Official Rules pages of https://www.theweddingmatchco.com.
Following or subscribing to a social-media account is not required to enter. The announcement will state the cutoff date and time in Mountain Time. Both methods close at the same cutoff, with no additional submission period. If no early closure occurs, both methods close December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time. All qualifying purchase entries completed and qualifying online submissions received by the Entry Cutoff remain valid, subject to the individual entry limit. Records received by the cutoff are included even if simultaneous submissions or later reconciliation result in a final participant count above 1,500. No entries are awarded for purchases or online submissions received after the cutoff. The Sponsor will reconcile qualifying order records, online submissions, participant identities and aggregate entry totals before drawing the winner.
Delayed administrative review does not invalidate a submission received within the applicable deadline. Products may continue to be sold after entry closes, without Sweepstakes entries. There is no minimum sales, revenue or participant threshold required to award the Prize when eligible entries exist.
D. Entry validity
Participants must enter on their own behalf. Entries generated through automated devices or fraudulent identities are invalid. Deliberate attempts to evade the limit using multiple identities may result in disqualification. Ordinary excess entries will be capped at 1,000; an ordinary accidental duplicate submission alone does not disqualify an entrant. All requested entry information must be provided. The Sponsor may verify identity and eligibility before awarding the Prize. All information is handled under the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Optional promotional email choices do not affect eligibility, entry totals, or odds.
E. Thanksgiving and Black Friday double entry period November 26 and 27 2026
The scheduled Thanksgiving and Black Friday period begins November 26, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time and ends November 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, or at the Entry Cutoff if it occurs earlier (the “Holiday Period”). Mountain Standard Time is UTC minus seven hours. The Sponsor’s designated successful-payment and online-submission receipt records determine whether an entry qualifies, as described in Sections III.A and III.B. An uncompleted checkout, saved cart, pending or initiated payment, or unfinished form does not establish timely completion or receipt. During the Holiday Period, only qualifying purchases of the Venue Starter Bundle, Full Bundle, and Venue Booked Planning Bundle receive double their STANDARD awards, for totals of 700, 1,000 and 1,000 entries respectively, before application of the aggregate cap.
These holiday awards supersede, and are not calculated from, any first-500 or final-period award. All other listings in Section III.A retain their standard awards. Each valid no-purchase online submission received during that same period receives 40 entries instead of the ordinary 20. All entries, including bonus entries, count toward the same 1,000-entry maximum per eligible person across all methods for the entire Sweepstakes. There is no separate additional 1,000-entry allowance for the Holiday Period. Entries earned outside the Holiday Period retain their original applicable awards and are not retroactively doubled. After the Holiday Period, the first-500 offer resumes only if its 500-distinct-purchaser limit has not been reached, or an appropriately announced final offer applies; otherwise standard bundle awards resume.
The first-500 purchaser counter continues during the Holiday Period, including qualifying Wedding Studio Essentials purchasers. Earlier participants may obtain additional entries during the Holiday Period through either available entry method until reaching the combined maximum. A purchase is not required to participate in the Holiday Period or obtain the full maximum. Every eligible entry has equal weight regardless of entry method or receipt date; the bonus changes the number of entries credited, not the weight of any entry. A doubled entry award is not a promise that a participant’s odds of winning will double. The bonus is offered only while the Sweepstakes remains open. If the Entry Cutoff occurs before November 26, the Holiday Period will not occur. If the Entry Cutoff occurs during the scheduled Holiday Period, both entry methods and the bonus end at that same cutoff.
The bonus does not extend or reopen the Sweepstakes, reserve participant positions, or change the 1,500-unique-participant early-closure procedure. No purchases or submissions after the Entry Cutoff earn entries.
F. First 500 distinct qualifying purchasers — limited promotional awards
The first-500 offer begins on October 28, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (the “First-500 Offer Start Time”). The Sponsor will identify the first 500 distinct eligible purchasers whose first qualifying purchase of any listing in Section III.A is successfully paid in full on or after the First-500 Offer Start Time and before the Entry Cutoff. Each eligible natural person is counted only once; multiple orders, email addresses or accounts do not create additional purchaser positions. A purchaser of any qualifying listing, including Wedding Studio Essentials, counts toward the 500-person threshold but receives only that product’s listed entry award.
Free online entrants do not count toward this separate purchaser threshold, but they do count toward the overall 1,500-participant early-closure trigger. For an eligible Venue Starter Bundle purchase completed while the first-500 offer is active and the purchaser qualifies within the first 500, the award is 750 total entries instead of 350. For an eligible Full Bundle purchase completed under the same conditions, the award is 750 total entries instead of 500. These are replacement awards, not additional entries. For an eligible Venue Decision Kit purchase completed under the same first-500 conditions, the award is 250 total entries instead of 125. All other listings, including Wedding Studio Essentials, retain their standard awards except as expressly described in the applicable published promotion. The 1,000-entry aggregate cap applies to all awards. The purchaser's position is determined by the successful-payment completion time in the Sponsor's Shopify order records, reconciled with verified participant identity and eligibility.
If two or more first qualifying purchases share an identical recorded timestamp at the 500-person boundary, the Sponsor will use the stable Shopify order ID in ascending order as a published tie-breaker. An order subsequently found ineligible, cancelled, fully refunded, or charged back does not establish a qualifying purchaser position; the Sponsor will reconcile affected positions and awards consistently before the drawing, preserving an audit trail. Reconciliation does not permit arbitrary retroactive reductions of valid entries or reopening a closed Sweepstakes. The offer ends immediately after the 500th distinct qualifying purchaser's eligible transaction is recorded, or at the Entry Cutoff if earlier. Once the threshold is reached, later transactions do not receive first-500 awards, including later orders by an earlier purchaser.
During November 26–27, 2026, Section III.E's holiday awards take precedence, and no first-500 award stacks with them. Qualifying holiday purchasers still count toward the 500-person threshold. If fewer than 500 have qualified by the end of the Holiday Period, this offer may resume until the threshold or Entry Cutoff is reached, unless an announced final offer under Section III.G takes precedence. The online no-purchase method in Section III.B remains available throughout the Promotion Period, with up to 1,000 entries obtainable without purchase. The first-500 purchaser designation does not reserve a prize, change the weight of any individual entry, or change the 1,500-unique-participant early-closure trigger.
G. Optional final promotional period after 1,300 eligible participants
If the Sweepstakes remains open and the Sponsor's verified records show at least 1,300 unique eligible participants under Section III.C, the Sponsor may, but is not required to, activate one final promotional period. The Sponsor must publicly announce its exact start time in Mountain Time before the period begins, using the promotion page and Official Rules page, and state whether the period is active. The final period ends at the Entry Cutoff, which may occur when the 1,500-participant trigger is reached or on December 31, 2026, whichever occurs first under these Rules. It does not guarantee that 200 more purchaser positions, or any particular number of sales, will be available. If activated, qualifying purchases completed during the announced final period receive 500 total entries for the Venue Starter Bundle and 750 total entries for the Full Bundle.
All other listings, including Wedding Studio Essentials, retain their standard awards except as provided for the Holiday Period. The final awards are fixed replacement amounts, not an additional bonus and not a multiplier. The first-500 offer does not stack with the final period. If the final period overlaps the Holiday Period, Section III.E's holiday awards take precedence. The same no-purchase online entry route remains available throughout any final period, with the same opportunity to reach the aggregate 1,000-entry maximum without a purchase. The Sponsor will not shorten the free-entry period independently of the purchase-entry period or retroactively reduce previously valid entries. No final promotional period is promised, and a decision not to activate it does not affect any existing valid entry.
H. No stacking, publication, and equal treatment
The Sponsor will use the award-precedence order stated in Section III.A and will apply all entry limits and eligibility requirements consistently. No first-500, holiday, or final award is added to another award for the same purchased listing. Any promotional award is determined at the time of a successfully completed qualifying purchase or valid free online submission, and the Sponsor will preserve a record of the applicable terms and timestamp. A person may enter without purchase and obtain the same 1,000-entry maximum through Section III.B, subject to the same Entry Cutoff. The Sponsor will publish accurate promotional descriptions before offering any new promotional entry awards and will not use this section as permission to make other unannounced material changes to the Sweepstakes.
IV. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Participant information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, record and verify entries, prevent fraud, select and contact winners, fulfill the Prize, and meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. Information is handled under the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.theweddingmatchco.com/policies/privacy-policy. The Sponsor uses Sweeppea, operated by MOMARES, LLC, as a platform provider to collect or manage participant records. Necessary information may be shared with that provider and with travel booking, airline, hotel, and transfer providers to arrange the winner’s Prize. This does not mean Sweeppea has been engaged as the independent Administrator of this Sweepstakes.
Promotional email enrollment is optional. The Sponsor may send non-promotional entry and winner communications needed to administer the Sweepstakes. A winner’s name and city and state may be published as described below; sensitive tax or identification information will not be published.
V. TECHNICAL FAILURE AND IMPAIRMENT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
If viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, material technical failure, fire, flood, storm, other events beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, or a legal requirement materially impair the administration, security, integrity, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend or modify entry collection or terminate entry collection early to address that impairment. Any action must comply with applicable law, preserve valid entries where possible, and treat entry methods fairly. If entry collection ends early because of such impairment, the Sponsor will award the Prize by a random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the impairment and any timely valid entries that can be reliably recovered.
Material changes will be disclosed through the promotion and Official Rules pages. This provision does not permit the Sponsor to cancel the Prize because sales or participation are below expectations, because marketing plans change, or because Prize fulfillment costs more than anticipated. If a legal prohibition or irrecoverable loss of records prevents lawful fulfillment or drawing, the Sponsor will obtain legal guidance on an appropriate resolution rather than automatically retaining the Prize. The Sponsor and service providers are not responsible for technical failures beyond their reasonable control, except as required by applicable law or the express obligations in these rules. Receipt and eligibility disputes will be evaluated using available records.
Persons who intentionally damage the website, tamper with entry records, or submit fraudulent information may be disqualified and may be subject to remedies available under law.
VI. PRIZE
One Grand Prize will be awarded: a seven-day, six-night Cancun/Playa Mujeres, Mexico getaway for the winner and one adult travel companion at a five-star, adults-only, all-inclusive hotel. The Sponsor intends to arrange the stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres, subject to availability for the agreed travel dates. Beloved Playa Mujeres is the intended accommodation, not a guaranteed specific property. Reference to that hotel does not imply that the hotel sponsors or endorses this Sweepstakes. The Prize includes: Six nights of accommodations for two adults in one double-occupancy room; Meals and beverages included in the selected hotel’s all-inclusive package; Round-trip flights for two; and Round-trip airport transfers for two between the destination airport and the hotel.
The approximate retail value (ARV) of the complete package is estimated at $8,000, including the six-night all-inclusive hotel stay for two, round-trip airfare for two, and round-trip transfers between the destination airport and hotel. This is an estimated retail value, not a fixed quoted price or a verified average for every U.S. departure location. Actual value will depend on the winner’s departure airport, agreed travel dates, airfare, hotel rates, availability, and the final itinerary. The winner will not receive any difference between the estimated ARV and actual value in cash. The $8,000 estimate is not a maximum fulfillment budget: the Sponsor will provide the stated included components without requiring the winner to pay a difference merely because their cost exceeds that estimate.
Taxes on receipt of the Prize and the expressly excluded optional or personal expenses remain the winner’s responsibility. Travel year and fulfillment. The verified winner may elect to complete the Prize travel in either 2027 or 2028. The winner's selected travel year will be confirmed in writing with the Sponsor before travel arrangements are finalized. All Prize travel must be completed no later than December 31, 2028. Travel dates, flights, and accommodations are subject to provider booking windows and availability. No upgraded room category is promised. The intended Beloved Playa Mujeres stay remains subject to the substitution provision below. 2027 travel — Sponsor-coordinated arrangements. For travel completed in 2027, the Sponsor will coordinate and arrange the included six-night, seven-day vacation, including the hotel stay, round-trip airfare, and destination-airport transfers.
The Sponsor will determine the airline, flight itinerary, departure airport arrangements, hotel, and accommodations in coordination with the winner, subject to the other provisions of these Official Rules. 2028 travel — flexible fulfillment. If the winner elects to travel in 2028, the Sponsor will provide the same stated Prize components: six nights of accommodations for two adults at a qualifying five-star, adults-only, all-inclusive hotel in the Cancun/Playa Mujeres area, the included meals and beverages, round-trip airfare for two, and round-trip destination-airport transfers for two. Because airlines, hotels, and transportation providers may not yet accept reservations for the winner's preferred 2028 dates, the Sponsor may arrange or fund the included components as reservations become available.
The Sponsor may fulfill these components through direct bookings, payments to providers, prepaid travel arrangements, or another appropriate method consistent with these Official Rules; no particular gift card, certificate, provider, or advance payment method is promised. The winner may be responsible for selecting available travel dates, providing information needed for reservations, and completing reservations using arrangements supplied or funded by the Sponsor. The Sponsor will provide reasonable assistance and instructions but does not promise the same full-service reservation coordination offered for 2027 travel. The method or timing of fulfillment does not reduce the included Prize components, shift their stated cost to the winner, or convert the Prize into an optional cash payout.
The $8,000 ARV remains an estimate and not a maximum Sponsor contribution for either travel year. If the winner's preferred dates or intended provider are unavailable, the Sponsor and winner will coordinate available alternatives within the selected travel year, subject to the comparable-substitution terms below. Travel must be arranged with the Sponsor at least 30 days before departure. The winner and companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Both must be at least 21 years old on departure. They are responsible for obtaining passports, visas, identification, and any other documents required for travel and return to the United States. A companion change or a booking change is subject to Sponsor approval and travel-provider restrictions.
The winner and companion are responsible for transportation to their departure airport, passport and visa costs, baggage fees, optional upgrades, travel insurance, excursions, spa services, premium meals or beverages outside the all-inclusive package, tips or gratuities not included in the package, telephone charges, personal purchases, required testing if applicable, and expenses not expressly included in the Prize. Meals and beverages covered by the hotel’s package and the stated destination-airport transfers are included and are not excluded by this paragraph. Mandatory lodging taxes and required hotel fees for the included accommodations are covered by the Sponsor; incidental charges remain the winner’s responsibility. Travel is subject to the selected providers’ terms and availability.
Flight delays, cancellations, and provider changes may affect the itinerary. If Beloved Playa Mujeres is at capacity, fully booked, or otherwise unavailable for the agreed travel dates, the Sponsor will arrange an alternative five-star, adults-only, all-inclusive hotel in the Cancun/Playa Mujeres area with comparable accommodations and included services, of equal or greater value than the intended hotel component. The alternative must retain the six-night stay for two, the all-inclusive meals and beverages described above, and the round-trip airfare and destination-airport transfers. Availability of the intended hotel does not permit reducing the number of nights or eliminating the stated inclusions. If another stated component becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a component of equal or greater value consistent with the described Prize.
These provisions do not eliminate the Sponsor’s obligation to fulfill the Prize. No cash alternative is offered at the winner’s election. The Prize is not transferable except at the Sponsor’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
VII. WINNER SELECTION
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. If entry closes early under Section III.C, the drawing will take place approximately two days after the announced Entry Cutoff, once timely entries have been reconciled. If entry does not close early, the drawing will take place on or around January 10, 2027; it may occur sooner after the December 31 cutoff once timely entries have been reconciled. The Sponsor will publish the planned drawing date on the promotion and Official Rules pages. All timely eligible online entry submissions must be reconciled before the drawing. The potential winner will be notified by email or telephone on or around the day following the drawing. The Sponsor will not announce or request a prize claim through social-media comments or direct messages.
The Sponsor or Administrator will conduct the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The 1,500-person early-closure trigger does not establish a strict final participant maximum or equal odds per person, because simultaneous records and later reconciliation may affect the final participant count and participants may hold different numbers of entries. Each valid entry has equal weight regardless of entry method. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days of initial notification. If the person does not respond, is ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to satisfy the requirements, an alternate will be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries. The same response periods apply to alternates.
The Sponsor will continue selecting alternates as necessary while eligible entrants remain until an eligible winner accepts and completes the required documentation. If the eligible pool is exhausted, the Sponsor will obtain legal guidance rather than treating the Prize as automatically unawarded.
VIII. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before receiving the Prize, the potential winner must provide proof of identity and eligibility, complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release where permitted by law, and provide required tax documentation, including a Form W-9 and taxpayer identification information. Required documentation must be returned within five calendar days after it is sent. The companion must also complete required eligibility and travel releases. If notice is undeliverable, documentation is not returned on time, or eligibility cannot be verified, the potential winner may forfeit the Prize and an alternate will be selected according to Section VII. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes on receipt of the Prize.
The Sponsor will issue required tax reporting documentation. Neither the Prize’s stated value nor these rules promise that taxes are included or paid by the Sponsor. Acceptance constitutes permission, where lawful, for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Publicity and release requirements remain subject to applicable law. No sensitive identification or tax information will appear in a public winner list. Third-party services are subject to provider terms and applicable warranties. General release language does not override the Prize expressly promised in these rules or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
IX. MODIFICATION
The Sponsor is obligated to award only the one Prize described in these rules. If a technical or administrative error produces more Prize notices or claims than the number of prizes offered, the Sponsor may suspend the affected award process and determine the one winner through a fair random selection consistent with applicable law and these rules. The first-500 and optional final-period award structures in Sections III.F–III.H are part of these Official Rules and do not authorize further unannounced award changes. Other modification, suspension, or early termination is governed by Section V. The Sponsor will preserve eligible entries where possible. Low sales, low participation, or increased fulfillment costs are not grounds to withhold the Prize.
X. RELEASES AND LIMITATIONS
To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release the Sponsor, Administrator, their affiliates and service providers, prize providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, together with MOMARES, LLC and the social-media platforms identified below (the “Released Parties”), from claims arising from participation or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize. This release does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of the Sponsor’s express obligations under these rules, or rights and liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be waived. Mandatory consumer protections and legally nonwaivable remedies, including damages and attorneys’ fees where applicable, remain available.
The Sponsor’s obligation to deliver the stated Prize is not waived by a general disclaimer.
XI. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These rules and disputes relating to this Sweepstakes are governed by Colorado law, subject to applicable nonwaivable protections and without applying conflict-of-law rules to displace those protections. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado. This provision does not impose mandatory AAA arbitration, shorten an applicable statutory filing period, prevent a qualifying small-claims proceeding, bar regulatory complaints, or eliminate nonwaivable rights or remedies. If applicable law prevents enforcement of a venue or individual-proceeding requirement for a claim, that requirement will not apply to the extent prohibited.

XIII. WINNERS LIST
A winner list will be available at https://swpp.me/w/honeymoon no earlier than 30 days after the Sweepstakes ends, consistent with the final drawing and verification schedule. The list will identify the winner’s name and city and state, not sensitive identification or tax information.
